Lymph Nodes

I'm currently suffering from a throat infection which i believe is toncilitus. Having my toncils covered in white stuff says enough.

However i felt that on the left side of my neck (Posterior Cervical) node has swollen to quite some size.

This has set me into major panic mode and telling my i have lyphoma.

Can anyonr suggest what it could be

If you have an infection it is normal for your lymph glands to be swollen
