High Places and Ledges

Does anyone else have an issue with high places and ledges?

When I'm on high place or bridges I have a tendency walk down the center, rather the edges. Cos I have strong urges and thoughts that I want to jump off (I stress not not kill myself, though with the depression I aware of that potential outcome.) and wanting to fly.

I can sort of relate.

I have a slight phobia of heights. I think many people do. There have been many times I have thought to myself 'If I fell or jumped then I would die!!'

I would love to be able to jump off and fly!! That's a dream of all of us I would imagine!!
