Missed Menstrual Cycle, but I am not pregnant...

I know it's normal to miss a menstrual cycle, I have done it before, but this time I am having all the PMS symptoms I usually do. Breaking out all over, angry, etc. What could be going on?

I know for a fact that I am not pregnant, so there isn't any chance of that being the case.
