Quiet Life and SJW

Can you take these 2 together as I've read conflicting posts. I'm only on a low dosage of SJW (150mg/day with a view to double that soon). Any info would be grateful. FLOYD.

I personaly wouldnt take both together.You cant take sjw with antidepressants,so I wouldnt take them with quiet life.I tried taking both quiet life and sjw and found my anxiety got much worse,buts thats my opinion on them.;)

Just got this e-mail back from quiet life:

Thank you for your query regarding Quiet Life. The product is a licensed herbal medicine containing sedating herbs such as valerian and hops. We do not recommend taking Quiet Life with other sedating drugs in case of elevated sedating effects, therefore you should not take Quiet Life as well as St John’s Wort.
