help burning hands!

does any ones hands burn or notice the palm of there hands burning.
almost like needles poking of like you scraped it feels like the joins or hurting
also but it just started when i thought my hand was swelling but it wasn't
next thing i know anxiety kicked in.

Hello, I've experienced something like that. I even feel burning in my head sometimes. It really sets my anxiety off as I have brain tumour anxiety :(

Was the burning in your left also? Could you be sitting in a way that is putting pressure on your blood or nerve supply. Sometimes I get numb or tingly in my hands and it can just be from lightly letting a certain pressure point lean on something, or the way you are holding your shoulder. I got terrible pins and needles in my left foot earlier today and it was simply because I had been sitting with my elbow on my leg.
