Okay so I am now anxious about my body as my friends keep asking if I have lost weight ooo you are so skinny! But im not trying to, dont want to, the scales read the same so presumably I am not but it is really getting to me I'm thinking im crazy or what keep checking in the mirror now maybe I am ?are my muscles wasting? my legs look thinner ahhh and so on pathetic I know but now it's a continual loop going round in my head :unsure:
