Chest pain

Throughout today I have been getting strange chest pain and in my collarbone too. I took a paracetamol which improved it. It hurts slightly when I press the area and also when I move in certain positions. I don't think it's cardiac related but it has me a little unsettled. I have thought about Costochonditis (sp?) but it's not agonising and isn't constant. I do have tenderness on the side of my ribs too which I thought was my boob but doctor said otherwise.
any ideas what it could be? And how long it will last?
