Left side chest and stomach pain

Hey since yesterday when I eat a meal, the side of my chest left side hurst which radiates down to the left side of my stomach, it hurts when i breathe whilst eating.
Ive also been having problem with constipation for the past week, but I think I'm passing stools a little better now.

In all honesty, there can be a host of reasons - pain is a general symptom and not a great indicator of anything specific. The location of the pain suggests it is originating in the stomach however. The only real way to know is medical investigation.
