I'm a 16 year old girl.
I have had sever depression and sever anxiety for almost a year now.
In about half an hour I'm leaving to go to the doctors to get my first anti depressant medication.
I can't swallow tablets so I'm worried that there will be nothing for me to take.
If anyone has any tips on swallowing tablets or know if I can get a liquid anti depressant, please let me know.
Also I don't really have anyone to talk to about my problems. I don't like physiologists or councilors or anything like that, I just don't feel comfortable at all.
So if you have the time could you please message me, only if your upto listening to me ramble on about alot of things.
