Scary pedo/incest thoughts

I keep spiralling into a pit of convincedness that I am a pedo/fancy family. Say for instance I catch someone outta the corner of my eye who looks my age etc and fill the gaps, and I find that image hot. Then I turn and notice that actually they look nothing like that and they're a lot younger. This is ****ing scary. I hate the prospect of being any of these things and would NEVER act on them. Help. Please.

You need to let these thoughts go..you are not a pedo.
Your only 15 , hormones are natural, sexual thoughts are normal at your age.
Regarding incest thoughts and worries of looking at younger girls, you say yourself you would never act on thoughts...so the only reason they are scaring you is because your letting them scare you... You'll keep getting these thoughts because of the power you give them by your fear of them.
If you were a pedo, you would enjoy the thoughts and wouldn't be scared of them..
It's time you see these thoughts for what they are, false!

Just trust yourself to never act on anything. Thoughts are normal and actions can be controlled.
