having a strange day

Having had a good night sleep and been on citlapram 40 mg everything seems to have been going all ok.then having negative thoughts all this morning while at work about death and nothing after life going round and round in my head and making me sweat and my heart pound It subsided around dinnertime and I felt quite happy looking forward to the gym and relaxing after that. One minute im in despair then happy strange anyone else had these mood swings on citlapram!!

hi, i've only started citalopram a few days ago and still not of the full dose so i can't really say much about it. but the mood swings, i have them even without. i generally go from a good state to a panic or negative one very easily and it happens the other way around as well. sometimes i get the scary feelings creeping up and next minute i can be ok... with me at least, it's a constant roller coaster... a very painful one ...
