Tiredness

Hi All,

Since watching coronation street last night with the newly diagnosed cancer storyline for Hayley I have felt terrible. I didn't sleep much last night and have been extremely tired and out of sorts today. I know it's all down to watching it on tv but am now worried there's something wrong with me because I'm tired all the time. Deep down I know it's all from my anxiety and panic but the horrible thoughts are still there! I just wondered how many others were so tired that even walking upstairs is a task. I so hate anxiety.

oh yeah I had a lot of tiredness I still do get tired more easily than others. I used to worry about it too but then did a search on here and realised 90% of people with anxiety suffer extreme tiredness due to the continuing activation of the nervous system. Our bodies and minds are working overdrive so no wonder we get tired
