hi i was feeling panicky so i decided to write down all my symptoms it made me feel calmer for some reason... would like to see if someone can relate and if this sounds like anxiety panic to you

sweaty hands
sweating
dizziness
nausea
nervous stomach
feeling weird
hot flash
mind chatter
negative thoughts
fear/feeling losing mind
fear of dying
fear of losing control
dry mouth
frequent urination
shaky
nervousness
feeling something bad going to happen
adrenaline feeling
hot wave trough body
difficulty concentrating
on edge
yawning
headache
feeling out of it
weird thoughts
feeling like have to get out
weird thoughts
thirsty all the time
difficulty thinking
skin rash
dry skin
