Hi all
I've posted about my health anxiety before. I'm mainly worried about the chemicals and smell of furniture. I was having CBT and gradually began to chill out. The problem is I've just had a new sideboard delivered and it smells of the varnish or lacquer they've used. I'm assuming this smell will go away soon. It's really worrying me as I've read that there are all sorts of chemicals in furniture varnish that are dangerous. I've got all the windows open (it's too hot anyway!) and fans blowing the air around but I'm still a little bit scared to sit in the lounge because of worrying about what the chemicals causing the smell will do to me.
I know I'm over reacting but I can't seem to help it.
