Head goes hot and numb

This hasn't happened to me for a while now, but all of a sudden a part of my head, normally the front area/forehead will go numb and feel like it's getting hotter and hotter.
Last time this happened to me was a few months ago, and now it just happened again out of the blue.

I had this too last night when I was driving home, I get so anxious of strokes (even though I am only 30!). It is just another form of a headache....

Try and not think about it, it is NOTHING SERIOUS. Just tell yourself, you used to get it and it went.
