Tightness in front of neck, chest area and right collar bone

On Monday I had therapy and we did meditation for the first time. I had to sit up straight and I started getting this tightness in the centre of my chest, front if neck, and right collar bone. I still have this tightness and it really scares me ;( anyone else get this?

Hi its all anxiety related and caused by panic, its nothing to worry about medically though so relaxation techniques would help hope this helps blessings

I hope it's just anxiety :( I wasn't even panicking or feeling anxious. It just came out of nowhere :( thanks though xx
