Back pain when standing

I've been lying down for a few hours, and I just got up to go toilet, I have really bad back pain in my upper back.
If i lie down it's not too bad and can't feel it but as soon as I get up or stretch out with my right arm I get a really bad severe sharp pain in my upper back, no idea what i've done as this wasn't there before I got into bed :(

Sounds like normal back pain to me - I get it sometimes, nothing serious.

Try a hot water bottle.
