Am I doomed to die young because of inherited disease? Help!

Hey I'm a 19 year old female.

My father died age 50 from these causes:
A) myocardial fibrosis
Which was due to:
B) coronory artery artheroma

Does this mean I will inherit cardial fibrosis?

I'm panicking thinking its inevitable that I will die before the age of 50 of a stroke/heart attack

Someone help me understand what the chances of this are as it's making me stressed and depressed

no you well not die at 50 just cuz someone in you fam. did you have what we all have anxiety i have it so bad i'm been to the ER 94 in 3 months i'm only 25 and everyday i think i'm about to die

When the GP knows there are things in the family they can do very specific checks and if necessary (it may not be) they can tailor meds to give you a long, healthy life.
