Do any of you have these symptoms?

When I get stressed my head feels like its a balloon. My lower neck gets tight. My heart races when I think about something and my hands break out in a sweat.

Do you think that this is a sign of an anxiety attack?

I am so lost and I want to know what is wrong with me.[V]

I think this IS an anxiety attack! theyre classic symptoms. BUT... if you havent been diagnosed yet, do so. anxiety can be caused by an underlaying medical condition, diabeties etc. But it does sound like anxiety.

but like becci it can be an underlying illness so i would get it checked out

hi yes it is anxiety cause i get exactly the same syptoms sweaty palms and tense neck mazza
