I am so tired all the time, I can hardley want to get up in the mornings. My son, is such an early bird and I am so tired. I have trouble falling asleep at night. But, I usually go to bed around 10pm and fall asleep an hour or so later. Sometimes I go to bed earlier. But, I stay tired throughout the day and I can't seem to focus on getting anything done or have the desire to.

I wonder how I can get an energy boost or make myself feel better?

Hi there,

I am the same way some days. I have been told its depression. But I dont feel depressed. I find something that I really like to do like make my hair bows and I keep my mind occupied on that. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Jaime,

I get tired alot also, especially until early afternoon.

I find if i can find something to occupy myself, and keep motivated the tieredness does go away, its certainly another one of those anxiety symptoms! Hope you are feeling better soon !
