View Full Version : Anyone ever tried the "Hu Technique"?

I heard about this Hu technique on the radio one day. It's supposed to help with anxiety if you do it 5-10 mins a day. All you do is take a breath and say "huuuuuuuuu" I find it to actually work when I feel anxiety coming on. I'm going to start doing it before going to bed and when I wake up in the morning.

Not heard of this. I've tried the booze technique. I'm really suffering today though after overmedicating last night :roflmao:
