Hello, my name is Hannah and I am 19 years YOUNG.
I am not big on labels but I am diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Agoraphobia, Social Phobia and Severe Depression, but I have suffered with just Anxiety from the age of 3.

My story, written by my mum can be found under the Members Stories with the title "My Daughter - Hannah" (could not post a link)
I may add my own view on it in the near future.

I'm 19 years young at heart (+24 years that crept up on me somewhere :D). I'll read your mums post in a bit, I don't like labels either they don't really help us, we feel what we feel and that's that.

I hope you'll find the forum helpful, I've found it useful for sharing information, moaning when you're having a bad day and no one else seems to understand and generally chatting, off loading and advising and helping others is great self help.
