I woke up at 4.30am this morning with a sharp pain at the bottom of my left rib every time I breathed in. It was really hard to catch my breath! I thought it might have been a muscle cramp or something so tried to stretch it out but that hurt as well. I hadn't exercised or lifted anything yesterday so have no idea what it was or why it happened. I eventually managed to get back to sleep by lying on my front but I still feel a dull pain this morning.
Any ideas? It scared the heck out of me!
