Ive been doing great lately but over last few days ive slipped back unfortunately. Ive been getting lower back ache but getting throbbing pains in my left front thigh! Im trying not to worry but concerned itd due to all the tablets im taking ( codiene, ibruprofen and amitriptyline). As for the actupunture its very painful but think i may be improving my shoulder and arm issues, even though ive been left bruised from it, just another 6 sessions to go!
