Hi
I have chronic GAD and suffer frequently from health anxiety and tend to panic over a great number of things. I also suffer from frequent depressive episodes. I write books and do art( mainly in a shed in my garden which I poshly refer to as my art studio!) in an attempt to cope. During good times I have an active sense of humor I have a website under my pen-name: pollyfielding.com
