Need a bit of help here.

Hi All. I've not been on the site for a while as I have tried to control my HA. Currently have a few symptoms causing worry overload! In thinking if I write this down I may be able to rationalise:
Hard thin long area behind my ear: had ears pierced, slightly swollen and soar so possible lymph node trying to fight infection!?!?
Numbness to left check area/jaw. Bit itchy: possibly due to wisdom tooth playing up. Or possible anxiety!?!
Achy ankle: just aching???

These are my 'trying to be rationale' thoughts. Really, I'm thinking:
Lymphoma, MS and bone mets!!!

Obviously anxiety has creeped up so now feel sick, dizzy etc etc

Sounds most likely to be the infection. Certainly nothing sounds alarming.

Yeah hopefully. Trying not to prod at it. Already got lymph nodes in groin that I can feel and worry about. Although dr just said its because I'm slim so can feel them.
