Sorry for another post but im feeling really panicky today..

This is what happens, i get a negative thought that i react to, then i feel a nervous feeling in my stomach and a warm wave going trough my body to my head, i start sweating - especially my hands, my heartbeat goes up, i feel dizzy and get a overwhelming feeling that something bad is going to happen and feel like i have to go somewhere safe. It's the most uncomfortable, scary feeling ever.

Then after a few minutes it calms down again..

sounds very much like a panic attack, ive had another one today and I feel totally drained. Its a horrid feeling like you I go somewhere safe and quiet til it passes mine last longer than a few mins tho . I got a pain in chest it was scary.

Close your eyes and pray thanks for the things ye have. count them one by one.
Know that you are alive and well. let your heart rest.
Anxiousness and panic. These are but the messengers of fear. Let them in. Give them room. See if they have any meaning or significance in your life. Then put them to bed and forget about them.
