I'm an 18 year old who has very bad general anxiety which can be crippling at times. Until now, I have been unwilling to take medication as I have seen the negative effects it had on my father and grandmother. I am going on holiday in a few days and now have no time to make a doctors appointment. I'm hoping to get some help before I leave and am also looking to help others through experiences I have had which caused me anxiety.
