Sometimes i get feelings of bumping in chest without pain

Been having this for a few days now, it doesn't hurt or cause any horrid symptoms bit often feel like something is creating a knocking/bump sensation in my chest that usually lasts for a minute, only occurs if i am exhaling or moving in a certain manner. I listened to my heart when one of these occurred and didn't hear any strange noises i didn't recognize.

But does anyone else have this?

Either benign palpitations or musculcar spasms are the most likely cause.

Are you listening with the stethoscope again? You really do need to bin that as as far as I was aware you're not medically trained to know what you're listening for. Really honestly I don't mean to sound cruel but its not doing you any good.

Whatever, it often calms me down when i hear my heart beating alright.

Thing is you wouldn't know if it's beating alright, as there are things you wouldn't know to listen for...
