I made a post on this before, i just can't get the worry out of my head. It's the first thing i think about when i wake up. I was diagnosed with anxiety but i can't stop thinking what if the psychologist was wrong and i have something else :(
I'm constantly analyzing my thoughts and behavior to see if there are signs of being crazy or something being wrong.. I can't stop thinking about it. How do i get this thought out of my head?
