temple throbbing and slight headache

it happened after i was in the heat.

I do. It gets a lot worse when I shake my head too. Heat definitely gives me headaches too x

does it help if you lay down? I also have a small fever and my eyes hurt
so does the top of my head.

Were you squinting in the Sun by any chance?

I've got this today. It's very warm & humid here and we've had some thunderstorms. I can feel a mild throb either side of my head & I'm squinting. A year ago I would have been in turmoil but now it's 'just a headache'! I'm off to the gym soon & that always clears a stuffy head. Hope you feel better soon. xx
