I have a bad headache, My eyes hurt, I feel nausea, reflux and tender scalp. Tender to the touch. also is it normal for your temple to have like a pulse feel to them? It's ok when I'm laying down I feel like crap. Sorry for not saying Hi to everyone. I'm just really freaking out.

hello try not to freak out as it will make things worse for you, it sounds like panic anxiety symptoms to me, do you find the more you worry the worse it becomes? anxiety can manifest itself in so many ways i hope you feel better soon blessings

yeah I know mine started about 4 months ago it just hit me out of the blue
and i have had them every since you might want to get checked for that.
