I thought I would introduce myself. As you can probably see I am a 37 year old married woman. I have suffered from an anxiety disorder my entire life and lately its just getting worse. So I thought I would come here and talk to you good people and work out where I can go from there. I was on prozac previously for it, but now am not on any treatment plan for it. So thats me in a nutshell, seeking answers about this awful disorder.

There are lots of tips on the site to help you deal with anxiety and lots of people who are more than willing to listen and share their experiences.

Maybe you should go and have a word with your doctor too.
