My head has been feeling weird all day.. like foggy and just feels a little off.
I wouldn't call it derealization.. it feels like their is a cloud in my head and i can't focus at all.. It's been like this for almost the whole day. i'm having a hard time not imagining the worst. Is this from too much worrying?

Anyone else ever have this?

Yes I am having it today, as though you are here but not really here everything feels surreal, comes with high anxiety, mine is due to having too much alcohol at the weekend which always gives me high anxiety, so not worth it.

Hope the feeling goes away soon

Ugh my head is feeling super weird again. Feels like it's floating. I'm yawning constantly. Is this from too much stress?
I'm starting to worry. Yesterday i felt the same. A warm bath helped a little.

Reenymac - hope you're feeling good today

Yes! Every day. Mine's caused by candida overgrowth in my gut. Do you have any other symptoms? It can cause all sorts of things.

Yep been yawning all day... Weather effects me..
A tired mind can cause the fuzzy, cotton wool brain feeling too

Hi hun :D

I know its hard for you right now, but as you can see your NOT alone with these types of symptoms.

What are you confused about hun? you have anxiety, which in turn can produce some weird symptoms.

Listen to what your body is telling you, acknowledge these symptoms, tell yourself, its ok, you will be fine, you have anxiety right now, reassure yourself AND THEN, go and distract yourself from how you feel. Try and learn something that will totally distract you.

I used to put dance cd's on and dance my socks off, find something that works for YOU, if you just sit there and dwell on it it will stay with you longer.

This WILL PASS.

***I slept over 10 hours last night too ***

Maybe this is to much sleep?????

When I was acute I slept toooo much. It took a good while to find my balance, I need about 7 to 8 hours. any more and ohhhh boy,I feel groggy and weird.

We are all different when it comes to sleep, try and find your balance.

YOU TAKE CARE

Hi,

Thank you so much for your kind comment! I will try some of the things you adviced.
Distraction definetly helps. So does a warm bath for some reason..
Yes, 10 hours of sleep was a little too much.

Thanks again, your comment alone made me feel better.

I've had a funny head all day, it really is the worst. Felt like I wasn't really here, I felt floaty and spacy, like I was going to either pass out or lose my mind. I hate that feeling so much. :(

Hoping tomorrow is better, and that you're all feeling okay!

im getting this constant too - i find it hard to distinguish if it's a mental or physical issue with my head.

the only thing that seems to work is alcohol :-z
