False sense of security?

So recently my HA has been at an all time low. I've been running a lot, and wearing my long hair in a ponytail which is something that has been previously difficult for me to do due to lymph node anxiety. My head stuff is under control, yet I worry that I will soon find myself in the spiral again.

Does anyone have any advice on confronting a "relapse" of HA? I know it's bound to happen, but I just don't want to put myself through this stuff again.
