OmG!!!
I want to say a huge thanks to the creators of this site. It's very very impressive in many ways.
I wrote a very detailed, rather impressive auto-biography which may of inspired other anxiety sufferers but when it came to editing I almost threw my mobile through the t.v maybe I will re-try another time. Im far from recovered but also far from that grim place I used to let my mind linger around.
