Hi All
Im a new member to this site im going through a rough patch with anxiety again! im not new to anxiety and panic i have had very bad spells over the years but this time it feels different as im so aware of what is going on and i just cant stop it in its tracks really looking forward to chatting to you :D

That sounds exactly like I feel, my dr says it will keep happening, we are like waves in the ocean, at times calm, but at tie like a hurricaine, mine now is hurricaine
