Damn Nausea?

woke up Thursday feeling sick gradually got worse (stools are loose) its getting so cant go out in case I puke. Burping makes it go away for a while but when I eat its there and when i drink too
got told I had IBS in the past but that doesnt come on like this does it. felt sick in the past and been okay for a month or two but never this bad

any advice? could this be serious? stomach cancer?

i would say it would be the result of anxiety the more panicy we get bring on the feelings of being sick, are you on meds? blessings
