citalopram side affects and how they affect you

hi all i'm taking citalopram 20 mg for anxiety,
been on them for about four months now and still suffer side effects from them.
had blood tests after blood tests and they were all clear.
effects.
lump in back of throat dryness feeling also.
red dots on body and arms/burst capilliartrys.nothing to worry about
shaking from the inside/not often anymore
sickness feeling lasts about 20 min then gone.

I mostly felt like I was in a dream occasionally on them, dry throats now and then and sickness.
