Today has been a rough day to say the least, numerous panic attacks an HA is at prob an all time high. I thought the medication was working but today had been real bad, had an MRI yesterday and I just know the results are goin to come back bad. I've just been thinking all day if they were proper bad news I may have had a phone call today to go see the dr, bit will they have the results 36 hours later? I can't help the feeling of falling apart an my council long sessions have yet to start, no appointment at all an my meds run out Saturday an my dr is on holiday.
