Hey all. I need advice. I have been having some left upper arm pain for about 3 weeks. Nothing excruciating..maybe a 1-2 on pain scale. Have full range of motion,no swelling or redness. Can't Feel a lump or abnormality. I'm so worried about developing cancer(osteosarcoma in this instance). I'm 31 and previously perfectly healthy. Pain does not bother me at all during night. Help please..freaking out.
