hi there,

tension can make you feel very tired and achey. I have a lot of pain in my back/neck/shoulders. Strangely enough it goes when i am relaxed and arn't worrying.

Hi Apple,
I complain to my husband all the time and in my mind I am scared to death of the way my body aches.
My fingers ache my neck and shoulders have ached for about 4 years and I mean moving my head forward or from side to side, my massage person can't even loosen them up. My arms ache to my hands and I worry I have something wrong that someone is not picking up on.
I am also in ,my 30's 38 to be exact.

At least I know I am not alone,
TT:)
