Hi Guys
After having an absoloutley brutal week with anxiety, all down to drinking too much at a wedding I was at :ohmy: I have been using an android app called stop panic and anxiety, it's free and it's fab :D
There is an audio on it for when you are having a panic attack, where you get guided through your panic attack by a reassuring womans voice. There is also relaxation meditation audios as well.
They also have a website called Excel at life
