cancer? about to breakdown please help!!

yesterday I woke up with diarrhea and now i have have soft chunks of poop after eating a hamburger i'm so scared I have colon cancer
no bleeding that i know of but i'm so scared. my poop keeps changing consistency and i don't know if it's IBS, cancer or if i'm just dieing help?:weep:

It is common with loads of conditions that are not cancer

You are not dying, it is not cancer. Colon cancer is virtually unheard of in people under 60. Qnxiety affects digestive system. So it is probably ibs. I get this all the time. Cheer up.
