horses and animal help

Anyone find help for the anxiety from animals ? I have a dog and a cat they help me a whole lot, but I am fortunate enough to live by some horses in a field and they always seem to know and come over . After spending time with them my anxiety dissipates. I was told about horses being used as healing horses for people with anxiety, does anyone else know anything about this or had a similar experience ?

Yes i get great comfort from animals too i have two dogs and also fortunate enough to live where there is two dogs up the lane ... i take a walk up and take a carrot from them i just whistle and they come running:D
