last post as got to try and get a grip on this its ruining my life.
i wake up with white tongue with goo on I can scrape. doc says its okay but now during the day i will scrape my tongue and it will have white goo on it, any idea? could it be what I`ve eaten or drunk? if i had thrush would it hurt

Have you tried using a mouthwash like Corsodyl or Oraldene? They're good antibacterial mouthwashes that also treat fungal/yeast infections such as thrush.

Also, make sure you're drinking plenty of liquid as dehydration can cause the symptoms you're describing.

yes used them but i got told not thrush?
when I spit the saliva is yellow esp in the morning. doctor said its not thrush but have white goo now
can the doctor tell you just by looking if its that?
I shouldnt be spitting yellow salivia
