These last two days i've been out. Friday I went London with a friend and we did a lot of walking and had a bad back and was incredibly tired when I got home. Then today I went around town with another friend and got tired and a bad back again.
Once I get home I notice that my anxiety has heightened quiet a bit. I notice things that I wouldn't usually notice when i'm worn out. Head pressure, aching joints, seizing back and tired out, things that always seem to make me worry when i'm worn out.
Does anyone else panic other the symptoms of being tired out from something that isn't anxiety?

My anxiety is much worse when I am tired or under the weather. If I have a busy day or am physically tired, I definitely feel my anxiety rising. All your symptoms sound typical of someone who has been walking a lot in hot weather.

Often times being tired (like truly tired) is rare for me, i am often always on the edge but once i do feel tired, i feel at peace and my anxiety would go.

If only that would happen more often...
