Everytime i get excited/anxious/scared i always worry my heart is gonna stop due to the increased heart rate (and not in an abnormal manner either). I never used to be like this but only recently i think its the worst. Its gotten so bad to the point i can't even do something that will increase it (like watching something (most shit does that for me) and playing a game).
MY heart thumping situation has been improving lately too, haven't felt the sensation quite as much, and i am seeing the doctor regarding some x rays so i will bring it up.
But still, i can't stop thinking about it! :s
