Small bump behind ear

I don't want to google because I know that there are lymph nodes back there and I've already worked myself up about lymphoma, but it's about the side of a peppercorn and a bit tender to touch. Could it simply be a pimple... or worse?

probably a spot i would just see if it goes, if it does not then take a trip to the drs, i am sure its nothing to worry about dont pick at it though blessings
