Hi I'm Jo, 46 I've been suffering from Depression for most of my life and the last 5 years Anxiety has kicked in too.
Just been through a very 'dark' patch, which was probably caused by my GP getting the dosage wrong on my medication (dropped from 300mg down to 150mg) and not been taking my Gabepentin regularly. Back on my normal dose know and starting to feel the black mist lifting and voices leaving me.
Hope to find support here and to make some friends that understand.
